Summary

WebPail is set to provide a comprehensive set of tools for a rich “on-site” CRM experience, focusing on smaller teams that wants to keep sales, contacts, leads, and actions in the same platform, without the need for external tools or plug-ins. The challenge was to facilitate a clean, yet powerful information architecture, including all the announced features in a predictable user flow, with easy navigation, and scalability for our users.

Solution

When creating a centralised solution for a complex CRM system our main focus was on simplifying the information architecture and interactions with the available tools in order to provide a clean experience and faster workflows for our users. WebPail being an integrated system for managing both, individual and group opportunities, we aimed to provide a platform structure where information is at reach and easy to take action.

Support tickets

A core functionality of the platform is the support tickets section. Where most of the information gathered and pushed to action is shown in a comprehensive way, allowing the users to have a sense of control and visualisation of the data. A major challenge was to include as much information as needed to fulfill the user’s needs while keeping the interface clean and easy to access. For this, we created a responsive layout that adapts to the available information and we introduced many further actions to collaborate and make immediate progress on the tickets.

Results

After a continued series of revisions, team collaborations, and user testing, WebPail has been
improved to provide an innovative and integrative way to do CRM for small companies and users.
We have received very good feedback and a positive experience from our early adopters. Also, the designs
provided will very well serve as a solid ground for scalability and future improvements based
on user feedback and the growth of the platform itself.
