Summary

Alert Manager is a mobile app that helps teams and organisations manage tasks and workloads by allowing them to visualise and organise triggered issues for each specific team and correspondingly assign these to users. From a simple display of the issues to a much more granular and detailed disclosure, Alert Manager aims to make completing, reassigning and scaling tasks a simple action so the users can focus on their performance, improve visibility and increase productivity while reducing the mental overload.

Design Workflow

Ticketing systems need to be easy to navigate, organizable and flexible. In order to provide the best user experience, an extensive user research as well as benchmarking analysis was performed prior to the design phase. Understanding the user needs and pain points was crucial to better understanding the main tasks, most used features, and daily organization of the related information. The aim was to create an interface that provides value and helps improve the overall workflow of the active users.

Results

Alert Manager has been gladly accepted as a great solution both for the users and the client.
Having delivered an interface that suits the needs of the users and does it in a user friendly way is a great outcome. It was a very complex endeavor and at the same time very rewarding. Filled with challenges but also with many joys along the way. In the end, the challenges served as inspiration and learning, and now we have a solid ground from which to grow and keep improving the lives of our users.
